DaVita to be the Care Provider at Nine Clinics

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 2013-- DaVita, the kidney care division ofDaVita HealthCare Partners Inc.(NYSE: DVA) and a leading provider of kidney care services, today announced it has acquired nine dialysis centers from Fresenius Medical Care (‘FMC’), a leading provider of dialysis services and manufacturer of dialysis products. Five of the clinics are located inPortugaland four clinics are located inPoland.
