 We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) for our Sacramento ,CA dialysis center location. While experience in dialysis is preferred, we do not require it, as we have excellent training for that. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a purpose-driven Nurse Manager dedicated to providing quality care to patients in a safe and professional environment. The Nurse Center Manager is a critically important role to the overall functioning of a clinic. The Nurse Center Manager maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team who exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day to day operations of the dialysis center. The Nurse Center Manager's role coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients so they can have life, but also a quality of living. The Nurse Center Manager will achieve this by facilitating the care of patients while working with the company's employees, MD’s, and other representatives. The Nurse Center Manager consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction with them. The Nurse Center Manager will also play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse. Six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience preferred.

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.

License/Certification: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state’s Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL)
