Recruiter Opportunity for customer-centric, energetic, organized, enthusiastic human resource professional! Seeking Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team! Job Summary: Coordinates recruitment activities for assigned areas of service including posting, pre-screening, interviewing, verifying references and creating offer letters. Works with appropriate vendors to create and design recruitment material. Research and actively pursue opportunities to reach new talent. Collaborates with HR leadership, department leaders, and/or Senior Recruiter to develop and monitor recruiting plans and strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Serves as liaison between employment agencies/search firms and hiring departments. Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, other related field Experience: 1-2 years of HR or recruitment experience, Healthcare experience preferred |
