Overview: Previously applicants need not apply Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) laboratory was founded in 1988 as a division of Dialysis Clinic, Inc. It is a full service laboratory responding specifically to the needs of dialysis patients. Our laboratory division was established in response to nephrologists requests for personnel and instrumentation in tune with the dialysis community. DCI Laboratory provides quality services and advanced testing technologies for health care providers and their ESRD patient, including: Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunochemistry, Endotoxin Testing, Water Analysis, Dialysate and Water Cultures, HIV testing, Serum Aluminum and Zinc. This position will manage 6-8 departments or lab units/positions who supervise a total of more than 100 employees: Laboratory Managers, Support Services, Controller, Lab director of AQ, Customer Service Reps and Adminstrative Asst. SUMMARY: Directs and supports the overall operations of the Laboratory division of Dialysis Clinic, Inc. Responsbile for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of depts. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job related duties may be assigned.
Manages 6-8 department or laboratory units/positions who supervise a total of more than 100 employees: Laboratory Managers, Support Services, Controller, Laboratory Director of AQ, Customer Service Representative, and Administrative Assistant. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Qualifications: Follows all DCI Corporate and DCI Laboratory administrative, compliance, HIPAA, fire/disaster, safety, and risk management programs and policies. Participates in DCI laboratory in-service programs and other continuing education opportunities as available. Maintains confidentiality of all laboratory and patient records and data. individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Two to five years related experience in directing large staffs, proven leadership experience. Prior Director experience over multiple lab facilities required. DCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer |
