The IT Director will lead the continued development, management, support and strategic alignment of the People Services, Payroll, and DaVita University technology teams for DaVita. The successful candidate will be a partner to the supported businesses and lead and direct all IT activities; define, manage and implement strategic and tactical plans and best practices in support of our significant growth trajectory; create and nurture a high performing team responsible for managing product implementations, providing product support, and managing vendor engagements. The Director will also be a key leader within the organization, building relationships and collaborating with peers inside and outside of IT while managing all day-to-day operational activities and priorities.
