Job Description: 

Primary Duties

  • Create and maintain a monthly/quarterly metrics calendar
  • Support data collection, and metrics and dashboard generation
  • QA data, metrics, dashboards
  • Deliver standard reports and support response to ad-hoc report needs
  • Maintain metrics/report portal

 

Executive Communication

  • Assist in the preparation of exec-level presentations and analysis on IT performance

 

Special Projects

  • Assist in the development of new reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Assist in research and analysis of issues or trends
