Dialysis Nurse Managers— A leading dialysis organization has two management openings for Experienced Dialysis Nurse Managers in As the Dialysis Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical, financial and human resources operations for the facility. Assist and lead your staff to ensure patient care targets, survey readiness, develop and review monthly budgets and address variances. You will meet with Medical Directors and assist in developing local strategies for growth. Requirements: A current Pennsylvania RN license. Experience with ESRD patients – 3yrs is preferred but not required. Previous Dialysis Management experience is required.
