City:  Kansas City
Zip Code:  66101
Job Description:
We put the fun back into teamwork.

You'll play an important role at DaVita-and in the lives of patients and their families. As part of our professional team of clinicians, you will be responsible for measuring and recording stats, patient observations, machine set up and other duties to ensure the compassionate, professional delivery of outpatient dialysis services. Focusing on continuously improving the quality of life of our patients, DaVita clinics have opened nocturnal programs across the country.  Patient Care Technicians in this program typically work 3 nights a week. This shift allows greater autonomy while providing work/life flexibility for family, school and other activities. This same flexibility is extended to our patients who are afforded the opportunity to dialyze at night, which allows them to keep their normal daily schedule.  Nocturnal dialysis allows for slower treatment with reduced flow rates, putting less stress on the body. This is especially beneficial to patients with current dialysis complications related to blood flow and fluid level.

If you love patient-centered health care with real relationships inside a company that encourages fun on and off the clock, then DaVita is the place for you.
