Clinical Coordinator Job Responsibilities: The following are the job responsibilities for Clinical Coordinator: •Plan and coordinate nursing services of a RAI care center •Provide leadership for the clinical staff in the day-to-day clinic operation •Collaborate with the Center Director in personnel actions •Plan and direct the nursing care of the patients •Supervise the clinical activities of all clinical staff •Determine patient and staff schedules •Monitor patient outcomes •Work as a team member to improve these outcomes Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
