Registered Nurse - Dialysis Nurse/ RN Job Responsibilities: •The Registered Nurse/ RN / Dialysis Nurse will plan and provide nursing care to ESRD patients •Work with a team of patient care techs to deliver dialysis treatments •Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and ensure the implementation of physician orders •Analyze patient data including status of vascular accesses, lab work, patient assessments and make recommendations to the physician for patient care •Work with the team to develop short and long-term care plans •Provide patient education •Participate in the care center's QA/CQI process Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current RN license in the state of practice; CNN desirable.
