Renal Dietitian Job Responsibilities: •Provide education and counseling to the ESRD patient and their family to maximize the patient's nutritional functioning •Work with a team of clinicians in developing and monitoring short and long-term care plans •Assess the nutritional status of the patients and develop an individual diet for each patient •Provide individualized nutrition education and counseling •Monitor nutritional status, laboratory values, dialysis kinetics, and response to diet, evaluate outcomes and make modifications/recommendations •Participate in the care center's QA/CQI process Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Nutrition/Dietetics; Registered Dietitian status with the American Dietetic Association; licensed in the practice of nutrition and dietetics if required by the state Experience: Minimum of two years experience in clinical dietetics and/or nutrition, renal preferred For more information on our company or to apply online, please visit our website: www.renaladvantage.com Renal Advantage Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer |
