Center Director - Dialysis Nurse/Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities: •The Center Director/ Dialysis Nurse Manager manages the daily operations of a RAI care center •Be responsible for human resource management, patient care and financial management of the care center •Recruit and hire qualified employees and manage all care center human resource processes •Ensure the care center is survey ready at all times •Ensure there are short and long-term care plans in place for all patients •Monitor patient outcomes and work as a team member to improve these outcomes •Manage the financial operation of the care center to meet budgetary indicators •Ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment within the care center •Collaborate with the Regional Director and Center Support Services in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Insurance Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. RN license in state of practice; CNN preferred OR Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field or business administration Experience: RN: A minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of dialysis nursing care or 18 months of nursing care of the dialysis patient; if not an RN, minimum of two years of managerial experience and/or experience in treatment of ESRD patient.
