Assists the Director of Operations by providing ongoing support and administrative management of an assigned group of clinics to to promote efficient and effective operations and financial activities while adhering to established applicable operations and finance procedures, guidelines and requirements. Conducts analyses of operational and management problems to provide recommendations for decision options to resolve complex problems related to operations in the clinics or to improve or optimize the financial and operational performance in the clinics. Supports FMCNA`s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy as well as the FMS UltraCare mission, values and standards. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements. Requirements Bachelors degree required with concentration in Accounting, Finance or Healthcare. MBA Preferred. Clinical Manager or RN with Associates degrees with demonstrated leadership capabilities and an interest in developing business skills. 4 to 6 years business experience preferably in a multi state healthcare program OR MBA plus 2 years financial analysis experience preferably in a multi site healthcare program. A good understanding of financial theories and principles required. Financial modeling experience a plus. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Micosoft and SAP software applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- oral and written. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy required. Must be trained in CQI skills. |
