Renal Dietician A major dialysis organization has an immediate opening for a Renal Dietician for their As a Renal Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing the continued care and nutritional requirements for the ESRD, PD and kidney transplant patients. Comprehensive nutritional assessments including short- term and long term programs within one month of admission; appropriate feeding methods/formula or meal plans; developing and maintaining patient nutritional information and counseling the patient, family, care givers and partners on prescribed proper diet and ensure adherence to diet or other therapies. Finally, reviewing patient labs monthly and reporting patient information to his/her physician. Requirements: Registered Dietician- current Preferred member to the American Dietetic Association and/or professional membership to a renal association. Effective communication skills a must and a current driver’s license. Successful completion of CPR Certification. At least 1 year as a clinical dietician with dialysis experience.
