Oversee training programs to support the delivery of quality patient care per the standards set forth in the FMS Clinical Services Clinical Manuals, Technical Validation Program, Technical Certifications and Technical Policy Manuals and FMS Policies Provide oversight on Dialysis Technical training for Technical and Direct Patient Care staff in the assigned Region(s) including design and development Collaborate with the Quality and Technical Teams to drive FMS standards through education regarding all ESRD regulatory and legal requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement Train Tech Ops Managers and Reg Dir Education and Education Coordinators on all Technical related programs Oversee tracking all employees through the FMS Training Database, implementing training according to FMS policy, including compliance with all FMS risk management initiatives Assist in addressing and acting on any adverse events and action thresholds Ensure that all FMS Technical policies and procedures are communicated to CM's for submission to Governing Body for approval and that training is implemented Provide training to RDE, Education Coordinators, TOM, DO/AM, technical staff and Requirements Associates Degree or higher in Electronics or Bio-Medical Engineering or equivalent experience National Technical Certification within 18 months of hire. • A minimum of five (5) years experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician or equivalent. • Background as technical services trainer or educator of at least 2-3 years and successful completion of Technical Training Program within 24 months. • Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making. Basic programming knowledge on the following languages are required: Excel VB, Flash AS2 and AS3, Javascript, Visual C, C++ |
