Payroll Processor Job Responsibilities: •Assist in the payroll process and related activities utilizing ADPs payroll system; accurately entering data into the payroll system to include status changes, pay changes, etc.; assists with the preparation and distribution of payroll checks •Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Payroll; responds to current and former employees •Process and files all answers for garnishments •Update and edit timesheets using time and attendance software •Balancing and processing payroll runs •Maintains organized filing system of employee records including rate adjustments, termination notices, calculation of pay adjustments •Generating payroll reports as needed •Other projects as assigned Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience.
