Dialysis Technician-Acute Job Responsibilities: Sets up, operates, transports, cleans and disinfects the dialysis delivery system during working hours and on call hours. Assists with transporting the ill patient from their hospital room to the acute dialysis unit and back to their hospital room at the completion of treatment. Participate in the care center's QPAI process Transports lab samples as directed by RN Assists with weekly counting of inventory Requirements: Education: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent; successful completion of RAI Training Program and all applicable competency checklists and exams. Experience: Dialysis experience preferred, telephone, computer and keyboard skills are necessary. Must be able to communicate the English language verbally and in writing.
