This RVP will support the Southern New England Region in the Northeast Group. This will include upstate New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts. Regional office location is open for discussion. This RVP will support the Southern New England Region in FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Responsible for running and growing a dialysis business within a defined region, through effective leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, marketing of FMS, and financial management. Maintains profitability and growth, while adhering to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements. Assists divisional management with the development, implementation and management of divisional and company initiatives and strategies. Requirements Bachelor Degree in healthcare or business related field. Advanced business education preferred. At least 5 to 8 years experience in managing a business and leading large groups, preferably within a multi-facility healthcare network. Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making. Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis managers and personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients. Must complete FMS Management and Leadership training modules and ongoing training and development programs within the specified time line. |
