We look forward to working with you to support all your renal testing needs Description PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Act as liaison between the business clients and Information Systems staff and developers. Develop business plans and documentation of processes involved. Support specific business directions and initiatives by providing consultation, coordination, and staff support of various strategic committees and high profile programs. · Provide consultation as appropriate by acting as liaison between business clients and Information Systems personnel · Schedule and lead strategic meetings relating to high profile business plans and initiatives · Manage, coordinate the efforts of the QA department as relates to Business system projects · Initiate "roadmap" outlining processes and responsibilities through coordination of planning meetings to include key staff in all affected departments · Ability to provide and/or oversee specific data/process analysis to validate strategic decision making · Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Provide leadership and management activities for regulatory and compliance demands of the IT services. Interact with FMC-NA and other Spectra facilities to achieve standardization of practices. Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3 yrs experience directly related to duties and responsibilities outlined. Supervisory experience preferred. Requirements: Ability to prepare business project timelines. Have working knowledge of the compliance and regulatory requirements of the business. Possess knowledge and appreciation of business concepts as applicable to a laboratory business setting. Support the Senior Managers and key staff of the business providing data and process analysis to ensure timely and accurate information system functionality.
