Charge Nurse / RN / Dialysis Nurse Job Responsibilities: •Plan and coordinate nursing services of a RAI care center. •Provide leadership for the clinical staff in the day to day operation of the clinic. •Plan and direct the nursing care of the patients. •Supervise the clinical activities of all clinical staff. •Determine patient and staff schedules. •Monitor patient outcomes and work as a team member to improve these outcomes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. RN license in state of practice; CNN preferred Experience: A minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of dialysis nursing care or 18 months of nursing care of dialysis patients.
