Job Description:  Responsible for driving RRI quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement.
Implements facility-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve RRI quality standards.
Accountable for outstanding quality of patient care as defined by the RRI quality goals, by working with the appropriate In
Service Director, Regional Quality Manager and Vice President of Quality, Regional Vice President, and RRI Clinical Services Department to ensure that RRI policy and procedure is followed.
Responsible for all employees receiving appropriate training according to RRI policy, including training to ensure ongoing
compliance with all RRI risk management initiatives.
Responsible for aggressively addressing and acting on adverse events and action thresholds.
Ensures that all RRI Clinical Quality policies and procedures are communicated to and implemented by the facility staff.
Responsible for integrity of medical records and other RRI administrative and operational records.
Responsible for compliance with all data collections and auditing activities.

Requirements
Bachelors' Degree in healthcare or business related field, or RN degree with at least 3 yrs of Clinical Management experience in an FMS clinic in lieu of a bachelors' degree. Advanced education preferred. 3+ years of directly related management experience, preferably in healthcare.
Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making.
Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients.
Must complete Clinical Manager training modules and ongoing training and development programs within the specified time line.
Maintains knowledge of technical and clinical aspects of the dialysis business.
