Provides Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients with chronic kidney disease. Selects or develops education materials and methods appropriate for individual patients. Participates in physician rounds and/or patient care conferences. Responsible for ensuring consistently high standards of nutritional care for dialysis patients. Duties: FT/PT position with FT coverage for 2 units - Prescott and Cottonwood units and PT would be 1 unit only - Prescott. Possible signing bonus and relocation assistance. |
