In this vital front-line role at an outpatient clinic or hospital unit, you will oversee all aspects of its operation. You will supervise direct patient care, perform patient assessment; develop and administer dialysis plans; analyze patient data; and administer medications, fluid therapy/blood products, and other treatments per physician orders. You also will perform teammate and patient scheduling; train new teammates; and prepare, monitor and maintain dialysis machines and systems. Our nurse leadership means everything. We seek an RN-currently licensed in the state of employment-who can adeptly lead, coach, and mentor a clinical team. You must have at least one year of nursing experience, three months of dialysis experience in outpatient unit, and current CPR certification. ICU, CCU, ER or Med Surg experience preferred. Current EKG interpretation certification and supervisory background are preferred; CNN is desired. You also must be able to work overtime with little or no notice. Texas locations: Requirement is 6 months of dialysis experience instead of three months. One year of nursing experience also required.
