We are currently searching for a new shining star to join our village as our Payroll Call Center Generalist! We're looking for someone with polished customer service skills and call center experience to support our Payroll Team! This position will be providing first-line response to all payroll related inquiries from DaVita teammates and managers. During these calls you will put your elegant communication skills to work providing teammates with problem resolution from payroll issues. Show us how organized you can be while you answer high-volume incoming calls and track them in our Remedy software program by creating, assigning and escalating tickets. That being said, you must be natural at thinking on your feet and while always delivering high quality customer service. Think this could be you? Then read on!
