The Payor Contracting Team is looking for an motivated, critical-thinking, Payor Contracting Specialist. Payor Contracting serves a critical role in enabling DaVita to provide life-saving care to its patients by negotiating agreements with health insurance companies. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization, navigate the complexities of contract terminology and use their detail-oriented problem solving skills to administer the terms of the companies contract portfolio. This is a dynamic team where everyone has the ability to make a significant contribution. Responsibilities include researching contract language, analyzing facility data, and communicating accurately and appropriately with health insurance companies and internal DaVita teams.
