In this vital role, you will train patients and their families on peritoneal dialysis techniques and safety; make periodic evaluation visits to the home; and develop, maintain and coordinate care plans-to provide the highest level of care and ensure our patients' safety, comfort, and well being. We seek an RN experienced in training patients, family and staff clearly and compassionately. You must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with knowledge of ESRD, CAPD/CCPD and hemodialysis. Current license in the state of practice, CPR certification, driver's license in the state of residence, and insurable driving record are required. One year nursing experience required. An additional three months of peritoneal dialysis experience is preferred but we are willing to train. B.S.N., C.N.N, and dialysis experience are preferred.
