This position sells the features and benefits of the DaVita Rx Pharmacy services to patients, teammates, and physicians. This position is responsible for the full life-cycle sales process including initial presentation, facilitation of the enrollment process, gaining teammate and physician support, ongoing trainings and developing relationships to enable continued sales support and patient retention. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. - Schedule sales presentations for both large groups and individuals
- Communicate benefit services to attract and engage participation
- Ability to use Multimedia
- Answer questions and address issues and/or concerns
- Gain commitment for support
- Initiate follow-up communication as needed
- Data Interpretation skill set
- Facilitate implementation of Rx Pharmacy services at facilities
- Explain services and benefits to core team members (social workers, dietitians, facility administrators, and others)
- Share and demonstrate ways to sustain current patients
- Limited PSR Enrollments - Ability to train and coach others well
- Assist Facility Administrator in integrating DaVita Rx patient services responsibilities into daily workflow
- Teach core team patient enrollment process and how to address small issues
- Provide teammate training as needed
- Serve as point-of contact and resource to ensure ongoing success of services
- Excellent troubleshooting and strong follow up skills
- Maintain current knowledge of DaVita Rx Pharmacy services and benefits
- Strong relationship building to create functional partnerships
- Develop territory call sequence and maintain territory calendar
- Visit 4-5 facilities per day
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
- Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Follow company expense guidelines and budgets
- Submit paperwork to administration in a timely manner
- Travel required: up to 75%

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required. - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in related area required or progressively responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree on year-for-year basis
- Minimum of two (2) years' sales experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in healthcare a strongly preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
