Description Requirements Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, with 3 years in nephrology nursing, or relevant experience. A national certification in nephrology nursing i.e. CDN, CNN, CHN, CPDN is preferred. Must have obtained a certification within 18 months of beginning the position with FMCNA. Ability to assume team leader or charge role. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be flexible to the needs of the unit/facilities and adaptable in job functions.
