OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION:

Liberty Dialysis in Boise, Idaho is looking for the right RN to join our in-patient (acute) dialysis team!  If you are a nurse who loves a fast paced critical care setting but would like to spend more individualized time with your patients then this may be the opportunity for you! 

  • Use all of your critical care skills! Kidney disease affects so much of the body that you will truly use all of your nursing skills.

  • A busy hospital setting and yet you get to spend real time with your patients!  Often one on one!

  • Be the face of Liberty Dialysis to our hospital partners!  Your outstanding communication and customer service skills will be crucial as you represent the company to hospital staff, visitors and patients.

  • Use your love of education to work with the patient and his / her family based on their individual circumstances / needs.

Our Boise Acute Team works closely together to serve five hospitals in Treasure Valley.  We provide hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT and TPE.  At all five hospitals, we bring our equipment to the patient rooms for one on one care.  One of our hospitals has a small dialysis suite that we can use.  Our partners include:

Our program is Monday through Sunday.  Shifts and hours vary based on our schedule / hospital needs.  The ability to take call hours is required.   Extra incentive pay is provided for call and weekends. 

Relocation assistance available for experienced dialysis RNs.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of one year as a licensed RN post clinicals / graduation.

  • Hemodialysis experience or fast-paced critical care experience required. (i.e. med surg, ICU, CCU, telemetry, etc.)

  • A "can do" attitude and a belief in the power of teamwork.

  • A pride in your work and a true love of patients / patient care.

  • Flexibility and an ability to work in a growing / changing environment - this is a fast growing program in a fast growing company!
