Independent Nephrology Services, an affiliate of Liberty Dialysis, is looking for the right person to join our Home Dialysis Team as a Per Diem Social Worker! Work with a great team in a growing program!
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed MSW At least one year of experience working with Renal patients. Excellent computer skills a must. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. A "can do" attitude and a belief in the power of teamwork. A pride in your work and a true love of patients / patient care. Flexibility and an ability to work in a growing / changing environment - this is a fast growing program in a fast growing company!
