Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager- Waynesboro, PA A leading dialysis organization has an immediate opening for a Nurse Manager/ Clinical Manager in As the Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, financial and human resource operations for a single dialysis facility; ensuring patient care targets, survey readiness, develop and review monthly budgets and address variances. Also, conferring with Medical Directors and assisting in developing local strategies for growth. Requirements: A current 2 yrs. of experience with ESRD patients. CPR Certification. Management/Supervisory experience is preferred.
