OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION: Liberty Dialysis in Honolulu is looking for a great MSW to join our team! Provide social services to patients and their families when personal, social or environmental difficulties exist. Assist patients and families in accessing available community resources! Work with a multidisciplinary treatment team that prides themselves in collaboration & quality patient care!
REQUIREMENTS: · Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school required. · Licensed (LSW) and minimum of one year related social work experience required. · Experience in a dialysis setting / with renal patients is a BIG plus! · Leadership ability and organizational skills. · Computer software knowledge. · Ability to communicate effectively. · Ability to understand and implement government standards.
