Nurse Manager,Sign-On Bonus-10K, A leading dialysis organization has an immediate opening for a Nurse Manager in Providence, RI. Sign- on Bonus- 10K. As the Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, financial and human resource operations for a single dialysis facility; ensuring patient care targets, survey readiness, develop and review monthly budgets and address variances. Also, conferring with Medical Directors and assisting in developing local strategies for growth.
Sign-on Bonus of 10K. Requirements: A current 2 yrs. of experience with ESRD patients. CPR Certification. Management/Supervisory experience is preferred. |
