OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION: Liberty Dialysis in Indiana is looking for a great MSW to join our team! Provide social services to patients and their families when personal, social or environmental difficulties exist. Assist patients and families in accessing available community resources! This is a full-time position that will cover our clinics in Crawfordsville, Frankfort and Lafayette, Indiana. We are open Monday through Saturday. Hours / shifts will vary in this role but will be primarily between 8AM - 5PM. We can be somewhat flexible around your schedule as long as all patients are seen / cared for. Duties:
REQUIREMENTS: · Master of Social Work (MSW) required. · One year of experience as a MSW in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. · Experience in a dialysis setting / with renal patients is a BIG plus! · Current state license required. · Leadership ability and organizational skills. · Computer software knowledge. · Ability to communicate effectively. · Ability to understand and implement government standards.
