DSI Renal currently has an opening in our corporate office for a Clinical Programs and Quality Director (Dialysis Education Dept.). Responsible for the overall management of dialysis clinical programs including policies and procedure development, database management, and implementation of quality initiatives. Plans and participates in quality training at both a regional and clinic level. Participates in and organizes Clinical, Technical, Acute and Home committees. Oversees and develops policies. Acts as a resource for managers during Medicare surveys. Teaches and assists in developing training for managers, clinic staff and technical staff. Requirements Must be a licensed RN with a minimum of 3-4 years in dialysis. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and management experience preferred. Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft – Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft-Word and basic knowledge of Microsoft Access. |
