Clinical Manager- Tampa, FL. A major dialysis organization has immediate opening for a Clinical Manager for their As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the facility including patient care and staffing; understanding that the best patient outcomes are derived from nurturing employees with the skills and talent to deliver unsurpassed patient care. Expertise like this is one of your greatest assets, and demonstrates your ability to lead. You will set an outstanding example for others to follow, and inspire them with the encouragement and training they need. Qualified candidates must possess a current RN license, excellent communication, customer service, decision-making and team-building skills, with a focus on continuous quality improvement, a desire to work for a worldwide leader in dialysis care. All managers receive initial and ongoing training through the Center for Leadership and Professional Development.
