Opportunity Description:

Liberty Dialysis Arroyo is looking for the right person to lead our team as Nurse Manager!   This position is open because our current Nurse Manager is taking a Divisional Education position within Liberty.   This is a great clinic with a strong team and very low turnover.  They are caring, hard working and clearly pride themselves in providing high quality patient care.  Our Medical Director is excellent and is very involved and easy to work with - truly a part of the team!  The clinic has 24 dialysis chairs and is open Monday through Saturday.  We are located at 1111 South Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, California. 


Requirements:

• Experience as a Nurse Manager, Facility Administrator or Clinic Director of an out-patient hemodialysis clinic. 
• Current CA RN license in good standing or ability to obtain CA license is required. 
• Strong organizational / multitasking skills are a must!
• Excellent communication and team building skills required. 
• Significant physician relations experience and a belief in working closely with our nephrologists in a true partnership.
