Regular full time position. Must have licensure as a Registered Nurse, appropriate certifications and two years management experience. Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: Manage daily operations of a dialysis care center; responsible for HR management, patient care and financial management of the center; recruit and hire qualified employees; ensure the center is survey ready at all times; ensure there are short and long-term care plans in place for all patients; monitor patient outcomes and work as a team member to improve these outcomes; manage the finanical operation of the center to meet budgetary indicators; ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment within the center.
